MANHASSET, NY — North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena will deliver her first State of the Town Address on Thursday. The event kicks off at the Clubhouse at Harbor Links at 1 p.m. There will be a live stream posted on the Town's Facebook page, as well as at the following link: northhempsteadny.gov/live.
