Outdoor Community celebration in support of DeKalb County Youth's resistance to underage drinking during the pandemic. Come out and enjoy free food including a fish fry and hot dogs, giveaways, shop with vendors, free parking, live entertainment and meet Sandra Dean and many who work with and support Beyond the Bell, plus pick up vital Beyond The Bell information.
