According to police, at 9:30 a.m., the two men approached a 28-year-old man who was in his parked car in the lot at TD Bank, at 145 Stewart Ave. in Bethpage. The two asked to use the man's cell phone or cell phone charger, and he said no. One of the men then punched him in the face and tried to pull him out of his car.
