The OC Día del Niño Festival returns as an in-person event with THE LUCKY BAND, TWINKLE TIME, ELLAS, free youth arts activities and MORE! The fabulous OC Día del Niño Festival returns as an in-person event this year, and will take place at two fabulous locations! The event returns to the OC Fair & Event Center on Sat., April 9 and Sun., April 10, and then will hold a special event at Pacific Drive Elementary School in Fullerton on Sat., April 30! This year's event features kindie music stars THE LUCKY BAND, TWINKLE TIME and festival favorites ELLAS, EMILY BB, SCHOOL OF ROCK, RELÁMPAGO DEL CIELO GRUPO FOLKLORICO, MARIACHI LOS SANTOS de SAHS, MARIACHI JUVENIL HERENCIA MICHOACANA, MARIACHI FOLKLORE, BALLET FOLKLORICO FRATERNIDAD DE BOLIVIA, CLAUDIA DE LA CRUZ FLAMENCO INSTITUTE, PACIFIC CONSERVATORY, OCEAA DANCE CLUB, BALLET FOLKLORICO NUEVA GENERACIÓN, BALLET FOLKLORICO LAS ESTRELLAS DE OCSA, SPECTRUM DANCE CENTER, EDWARD B.
