On Saturday, March 26, 2022, Hailey Rivera-Delcid was last seen at her residence in the 9000 block of Manchester Rd. in Silver Spring. Rivera-Delcid is 4-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 115 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
