SILVER SPRING, MD — Hailey Rivera-Delcid, 17, was reported missing after she was last seen at her home on the 9000 block of Manchester Road in Silver Spring on Saturday, authorities said. Her family is worried about her wellbeing and Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help to find her. Hailey is 4-foot-11 and has black hair and brown eyes.
