Best Attorney Best Band/Entertainer Best Barbershop Best Barbecue Best Beauty SalonBest Church/Pastor Best Church Choir Best Community Event/FestivalBest Community Leader Best DJ (non-radio) Best Dentist/OrthodontistBest DoctorBest Food TruckBest Funeral Home Best Hustler of The Year Best Kid EntrepreneurialBest Long-Time Business, 25 + yearsBest Make-up Artists Best News Anchor Best New Business Best Night Spot Best School Teacher Best Soul Food Restaurant Best Tattoo Artist Best Place for Sweets Best Vegan Restaurant Best VenueBest Visual Artist THE ASSIGNMENT:Go to columbianeighborhoodawards.com now and nominate everyone that you feel is the absolute best in Columbia in each of our categories. One nomination won’t do it. Businesses and/or people with the most number of nominations (top 3 only) will advance to the voting round. (Nomination period is now-3/23). On 3/24/2022, the list will be cut to the top 3 in each category (based on number of nominations). All of Columbia will then have one month (3/24-4/21) to cast your vote for one of the top 3 in each category. The top 3 in each category will receive complimentary tickets (plus one guest) to the Columbia Neighborhood Awards ceremony. Only one of those will be awarded the title of the very best in the city.For everyone else that would like to have a wonderful evening and witness history being made in Columbia SC, $40 tickets will go on sale at midnight on 3/02/2022.
