Press release from the City of Havre de Grace: 2022-03-31 NOTICE TO CITIZENS WANTING TO VOTE BY MAIL-IN (ABSENTEE) BALLOT IN THE UPCOMING CITY OF HAVRE DE GRACE ELECTION HELD ON MAY 3, 2022 All voters who wish to vote by mail-in (absentee) ballot in the 2022 Havre de Grace Election MUST complete an application to receive a mail-in ballot. Applications to be placed on the permanent mail-in ballot list through the State of Maryland or the Harford County Board of Elections applies to Federal and State elections only. Absentee Ballot Applications can be found at the Harford County Board of Elections website: (https://harfordvotes.gov/…/HdG-Absentee-Ballot…) or at City Hall and are due to the Harford County Board of Elections Office at 133 Industry Lane in Forest Hill by 5:00 p.m. on April 26, 2022.
