An overview of the questions many entrepreneurs have around structuring their business entity or protecting their intellectual property The Greenhouse Outdoor Recreation Program (GORP) invites you to an evening with Meredith Lowry and Nathan Finch from Wright Lindsey Jennings. Some of the most common questions we receive from entrepreneurs revolve around the use of legal protections – either how to structure your business entity or how to protect your intellectual property. In this 2-hour session, Meredith and Nathan will help you think through the legal options available to you as an entrepreneur for business formation and for protecting your intellectual property as you prepare for launch into the marketplace. Attendees will build a strong understanding of legal decisions worth considering at the early stages of business. Doors will open at 5:00. Session starts at 5:30. Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
