Come join one of the most relaxed pool companies in the valley! We are a small pool company consisting of 8 service techs, 2 repair techs, and an office manager/route supervisor. We are growing and looking to add an awesome player to the team! NO experience required but higher pay with experience. Required: Have a truck Have a cell phone with internet Be able to lift 50+ pounds Be able to work on your time Have a good attitude Thats it! This is a 1099 position that pays per pool. If you have 2 years plus experience pay starts at $13 per pool. If your are new we will train you at $17 an hour and then you will be given $11.50 per pool for the first 6 months. After the 6 months we will increase your pay. You will get a $50 gas allowance per week. Make extra with filter cleans, drains, small repairs, etc. Ideally looking for someone who can handle 60-80+ pools per week. Thats $1000+ a week. 4 weeks PTO. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and two weeks in the early part of the year. Company parties 2x-3x a year. We are about building a culture while at the same time keeping customers happy! We have very little to no turnover, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with a growing company!
