An Evening of Wisdom and Meditation with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is recognized globally as a Humanitarian, Spiritual Leader and Peace Ambassador. Gurudev’s techniques for positive living include scientifically validated techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety; and to promote thriving physically, mentally, and spiritually. This has awakened a global wave of social responsibility, which is the cornerstone of The Art of Living foundation, a United Nations NGO established by Gurudev. It is now one of the largest volunteer-based service organizations globally , and has touched the lives of millions of people across 156 countries. Gurudev’s trauma and disaster relief programs have helped to alleviate suffering among tens of thousands of refugees, as well as disaster and human trafficking victims throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North America. Currently, Art of Living volunteers are providing shelter, supplies, and trauma relief programs to thousands of Ukrainian refugees across seven countries, as well as relief to those remaining in the Ukraine. Gurudev is also engaged in international peace efforts in conflict areas including Iraq, Colombia and India. His vision of a stress free, violence free world of putting a smile on every face has also inspired programs for women and youth empowerment, health and education for underserved communities, environmental stewardship, and resilience programs for first responders globally. Gurudev has addressed the United Nations, the World Economic Forum in Davos, the European Parliament, the World Bank, prestigious universities including Harvard, Yale, and Stanford.
