Meet Artist Ephraim Gebre and celebrate the lives of Min Franklin Florence, Constance Mitchell, Malcolm X, who will be on his next mural. It's a Birthday Party for Ephraim Gebre, the artist who painted the John Lewis "I am Speaking" mural on State Street, and a fundraiser for his next mural! Come celebrate with us at Swillburger 820 S. Clinton on Thursday April 14. Ticket proceeds go towards Gebre's next mural, based on a photograph of local Civil Rights Icons Constance Mitchell, Malcolm X and Min. Franklin Florence. The mural will be painted on the wall of East High School. For your ticket purchase you will receive any Swillburger burger or sandwich, a side, a beverage and a cup of tokens for games. You will also be supporting the next big mural from Ephraim Gebre in Rochester! In addition, a secret donor has pledged to match all donations received through this event, up to $1000! Swillburger will also be supporting the project throughout the month of April with a special cocktail. Anytime you go to the bar and buy the drink, Swillburger will make a donation.
