Job Summary: This opportunity for the right candidate would include learning how to cut, bend / form and weld all types of aluminum and steel, many types of low and high voltage electrical wiring, several different ways of painting, art design and layout as well as application of vinyl graphics and large printed graphics to all types of surfaces. You would also be learning and coached how to be compensated on your performance above and beyond your hourly wage by following systems and procedures designed for consistent quality to our clients as well as your personal growth in our company to reach your maximum potential everyday with confidence. Our compensation is 30 day trial and train at $14.00 pr hr to make certain were a good fit for you as well as yourself being a good fit for us. Evaluation after 30 days with growth $14.50 Evaluation after 90 days with growth $15.00 plus performance bonuses Paid Holidays after 90 days Paid vacation time after the first year The majority of our careers require no experience.
