OAKDALE, MN — "Numerous" crashes closed Interstate 94 eastbound in Oakdale Thursday morning. The crashes occurred near Minnesota Highway 120. Traffic in that area of I-94 was diverted from I-94 to exit and entrance ramps, transit officials said. The interstate has since reopened.
