MINNETONKA, MN —The annual street sweeping season has officially begun in Minnetonka. The city's fleet of three street sweeping vehicles — consisting of one Elgin Road Wizard and two Elgin Pelicans — will be out Monday through Friday. Crews will work in 10-hour shifts, and the city's 245 miles of public road will be swept within five weeks. The city's usual parking restrictions will apply during that period.
