CLEVELAND — A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in Cleveland on Wednesday, police announced. At 1:36 a.m., police were called to Riverbed Street for reports of an unconscious man. When officers and EMS arrived, they found a 27-year-old who had been shot in the head, according to police. The 27-year-old was declared dead on the scene, police added.
