Hiring maintenance man and handyman. Currently looking to fill in 2 positions. I need a handyman with carpentry experience to do apartment rehab. We are renovating studio apartment. Need to have knowledge/experience with drywall, mudding, painting, door installations and cabinet installation. I am also looking to hire some one with electrical experience to install light fixtures, electrical outlets and electric switches. It is a full time position, Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, you get 1 hour lunch (12:00 to 1:00) The work site is 1301 Sharazad blvd, Opa Locka, Fl, 33054. You can pass by that address Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am for a onsite interview or you may also send me your resume or experience in an email or text message and we can set up a interview at a different time and day. Pay is 1099, we do not discount any taxes, you get the full pay.
