Dark alternative metal looking for guitarist

I'm the main songwriter for a dark alternative metal band (not really sure what genres are most applicable yet). There are about 20 songs ready to roll. Right now I also have a drummer and a keyboardist/singer locked in. I usually play guitar but don't mind swapping to bass, since we've had no luck finding the right bassist. Here are a select few influences in ABC order that the material might at times remind you of: Deftones, The Gathering, Incubus, Lacuna Coil, Moonspell, Peccatum, Stabbing Westward Drummer and I love a huge variety of metal and rock. Keys/singer has an eclectic taste of rock, goth, old country, and metal. Overall we're trying to blend melancholy and dark vibes with catchiness without sounding like a lame pop band. We span the gamut of 30s and 40s in age, not looking to be out gigging all the time, rather, a light rehearsal schedule of once every 3-5 weeks and 4-6 select shows a year.
