Mobile Home & RV Community looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to manage, oversee, and perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities: -Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. light posts, sewer lines, water lines, etc... -Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, water leaks, etc... -Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues -Do landscaping upkeep by repairing sprinklers, collecting trash, bush and small tree trimmings -Perform cleaning activities such as blowing leaves, cleaning gutters, cleaning windows, trash pick-up, etc... -Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations & special projects -Report to a Park Manager Skills: -Proven experience as maintenance manager or other similar position -Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, landscaping, sewer systems - HVAC and electrical systems experience a Plus -Experience using hand and electrical tools -Very good communication and interpersonal skills -Physical stamina and dexterity -High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to follow instructions for one-person and team tasks'
