Lawn care crew leaders! Do you have a season or two of experience working in the lawn care industry? Are you making less then $20/hour? Can you safely operate a truck and trailer? (forward and reverse) Do you have a clean driving record? We are hiring two lawn care crew leaders for the 2022 season. Starting as early as April 1st 2022. Pay STARTS at $20/hour. Are you Capable of lifting up to 65 lbs Capable of working 10 hours a day with one 30 minute lunch break Capable of working in rain, wind and sun. Capable of working 4 days a week, in a row, Monday through Thursday Capable of showing up on time at least 95% of the time. Capable of taking direction from management and giving direction to people under you? Still reading? Great. Do you want to have 3 day weekends all summer long? We are hiring for our summer 2022 season. Full time work April 1st through October 31st, 20 hour guaranteed every week salary November 1st - March 31st (even if it doesn't snow, we have work). Must be able to pass an initial drug test and random drug tests throughout the season. Two week payroll. We are a smaller sized company that really rely on everyone showing up for work, and reward good attendance with end of season bonus based on your attendance. You will be working side by side with the owners almost every day, if your interested in starting your own company one day we can show you how to do it. We want you to succeed in life. This is residential and commercial lawn care in the Anchorage area. Your typical day starts at 8am and ends at 6:30, you'll maintain anywhere from 4 - 25 lawns in a day with a crew leader. We work in the rain and wind. Lunch breaks are 30 minutes long. No smoking in the company trucks. I am looking to hire quickly and get you working immediately.
