In need of dire help in fixing my cat

I recently adopted a cat here on Craigslist, the owner told me nothing about him. Turned out after taking him to the vet for some pain hes been in, he only had one testi drop. Now this issue has been causing him alot of pain, hes been yowling when he pees. I can't help but feel that the owner gave him to me knowing this even, and told me he was totally healthy, utd on all shots and everything. She won't respond to my texts, won't pick up when called. I'm pretty sure I was tricked into thinking he was healthy. Well..he will be when I can find a way to help. Hes really sweet, and I want to do the best I can for him, give him a long happy life. My issue is I'm on SSDI from a heart condition, and I can't afford the $300 the vet wants. (My vet on Copley said with everything included anesthesia, and pain meds for after the neutering. Though given his condition I'm paying for a spay + extra) Is there anything or anyone I can reach out to for help? I've tried other forums but all I've had were bots. Maybe someone here can help?
