Hi I am in desperate need of somewhere to put a tiny home/camp I am really looking for land to rent or owner finance but prefer being able to rent the land until I can come up with the down payment most places I can't afford the down payment right off... I'd even settle for a small camp cabin or anything as well to rent or owner finance if it's something like that I can probably afford a little more.. I really need it to be as close as possible to Mexico/Rumford maine I am homeless with my dogs ( I do have a decent income) just having a hard time finding anything...
