If you are looking for something to do with the kiddos this weekend, plan a backyard camp-out (or maybe a living room campsite). The Paducah Parks & Recreation Department has put ideas for you to enjoy a whole camping adventure without leaving home. Visit www.paducahky.gov/recreation-home for ideas about a craft project using construction and tissue paper, twigs, a tea light, and a clear plastic cup to make a decorative campfire craft. On the webpage, also look for links to scary stories to tell by flashlight, a scavenger hunt, and a list of camping foods.
