We need s person who can perform small maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing broken blinds, basic plumbing work like changing faucets or showers, small electrical tasks like initial checking any appliances if they're having an issue and possibly fix if it's a small issue and some more maintenance tasks.
We need a person who is willing to work long term and is hard working.
This is not a full time job. We'll call you when we have any issue at any of our properties.
We have multiple properties in the Phoenix area.
