Viva Tejas is a locally owned and operated logistics company serving the greater Austin area with ASAP, 2 hour, 4 hour, and same-day delivery solutions. We're looking to add a driver to the team that maintains professionalism and has an up-beat personality. This job requires a lot of energy to sit in the car all day and do lots of driving, so we're looking for the right fit for the job! We operate through our own app and software, doing deliveries around the Austin area and other major cities on occasion, with capable drivers. You'll be picking up mostly boxes and envelopes at warehouses, taking them from point A to point B. We provide Viva Tejas shirts, you can wear whatever pants and shoes you like. Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50lb and handle heavy lifting in general - Must have reliable transportation/a vehicle you can use for doing deliveries (SUV's, vans, and bigger vehicles are a huge plus!) - Must pay for own gas while working (we're currently giving fuel bonuses due to the price of gas) - Must be able to refrain from smoking in your vehicle while doing runs Compensation: - We CashApp every Friday! - Pay is commission based per run, and computed through our software. This is the PERFECT job for Lyft and Uber drivers looking for more consistent pay or normal hours. We operate Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. No work on nights or weekends.
