Description
A private gated community is looking for a maintenance assistant. Must be responsible, on time, have a car and a valid driver’s license. Also must be able to take direction, work independently, and effectively communicate with supervisors. Previous experience is a plus but, willing to train. Extensive work outdoors. The individual will have the opportunity to work on many projects and learn a variety of skills and machinery. Current hours are Sunday – Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm but, are subject to change. $18/hour to start. Medical benefits are offered.
