I’m looking for a three bedroom/2 bath home doesn’t have to be perfect just livable nothing majorly wrong with it. And must be willing to rent to own or owner finance til paid off. Must have fenced yard. MUST be all electric, with working central heat and air unit. Does not have to have appliances for I own my own except a dish washer that would be nice but not necessary. I own a house in the town of Lonoke but it needs more work than I can afford. I live in it right now. I’m in the process of trying to sale it or maybe even trade it, it’s a large corner lot with magnolias, and other flowering trees. Pecan tree, pear trees, apricot tree, and Nectarine tree. Lots of rose bushes. And other flowers. I’m just needing more in the country. Price no higher than 95,000.00 and monthly payments of 650.00 or less. If someone would take a chance with me you will not be sorry. The person that sold me this house was not sorry she got every penny and more that she asked for.
