Need Someone to Post Land Bandit Signs and Take Pictures of Lot

I am selling a piece of land and do not live in the area. I need someone to take pictures of the parcel of land and post 8 bandit signs in the general area and then take them down once the land is sold. I will need this person to go to Lowes/Home Depot and purchase the bandit signs and jumbo sharpie and to write out the signs. I will send picture of what I want written. I will immediately reimburse for this expense with a picture of a receipt. Pay- $40 plus $2 for sign posted and an additional $20 once signs are taken down.
