PJ’s Plumbing is looking for a new general laborer. You will have the opportunity to learn how to use power hand tools and other equipment. For anyone who already possess that knowledge, all the better! This can be a rewarding career for the right person, with plenty of opportunity for advancement. The right candidate may become eligible for an apprenticeship!! Job Responsibilities: Unload materials from trucks and place them at the proper location onsite; distribute materials to contractors. Preform numerous types of manual labor, including digging trenches and breaking concrete. Clean up worksites Use power tools and machinery when needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks to include yet not limited to the plumbing field. Job Skills & Qualifications: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.) Good hand-eye coordination Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus Communication and teamwork skills Plumbing knowledge is a plus
