Looking for small business owners, ages in the categories of (Shops, Food & Drink, and Beauty), ages 18-64, to take part in a two part study. Step 1 will be to attend a 75 min online interview. Step 2 will be to take part in a 30-60 min visit at your current business with clients for a further in depth walk-through of your business.
