Full Job Description National Aviation Services seeking an Assistant Manager for the Albuquerque International Sunport location. Applicant must have previous Manager, Janitorial, and/or Aircraft experience. New hires brought on from his ad will receive a 300.00 Sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with no policy violations. *Company offers PTO, 401k, and Benefits* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assigns tasks to workers, and inspects completed work for conformance to standards Issues supplies and equipment whenever needed Resolves all employee problems and/or issues Submits all required documentation into the head office in a timely manner Records employees' hours worked on shift reports Submits requests for repair of cleaning equipment Performs duties of workers supervised Must have the will to train new employees, and avid paperwork management is required To perform this successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe Other duties will be assigned PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. CERTIFICATIONS and/or LICENSES REQUIRED: Applicable valid driver’s license as required by airport authority in order to operate a vehicle or equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
