Doing deck repairs on a three-story deck per engineering plan.
Need experienced deck building Carpenter
-to build rails according to plan on third floor deck.
-Install about six new joists
-replace 3 posts at bottom of deck with 6x6 and plates.
Probably about three days work.
Need somebody with excellent skills for deck building. Insurance is a plus.
-install various Simpson ties and other small repairs.
