Havas STREET is hiring brand ambassadors - local to the Boston area - to represent a health-conscious snack brand for a hybrid guerrilla/sponsored events sampling campaign. *** Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon employment unless candidate has a legitimate medical or religious exemption*** Pay rate: $26/hr (before taxes, W2 employee – paid out within 2 weeks) Program details: • Campaign begins April 18, 2022 until June 26, 2022 (approximately) • Market to include Boston and any surrounding suburbs • Shifts are 4-6 hours long unless otherwise noted; max 29 hours per week • Flexible scheduling available, but having availability Thurs-Sun is preferred • Shifts include guerrilla street sampling, product drop-offs, and sponsored events Responsibilities: • Assist with set-up and breakdown of booth and assets, or footprint • Work as a team in distributing full product samples or premiums/giveaways to consumers in order to bring brand awareness, meet KPIs, and meet sampling goal • Engage and educate consumers in a positive, friendly, and professional manner • Guide consumers through the footprint and photo activations • Complete event recap and timesheet in a timely manner Requirements: • Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon employment unless candidate has a legitimate medical or religious exemption • Prior guerrilla street team experience or food/beverage sampling experience • Have flexible availability, especially on weekends • Have reliable transportation to-and-from events • Comfortable working on feet and outdoors for long periods of time • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs To apply, respond with your name and a current resume
