Overview:
• Assist participants to become part of their community by supporting activities of mutual interest with other community members, and by use of community resources.
Essential Job Functions:
• Support the community to see each individual as a valuable contributing member.
• Provide information and support to participants to assist them in making choices, identifying goals, and having personal power to pursue those goals.
• Assist participants to become part of their community by supporting activities of mutual interest with other community members, and by use of community resources.
• Assist participants to develop competencies in chosen activities and life skills which enhance their quality of life and promote self-reliance.
• Provide transportation as needed
• Assist in program planning as needed.
• Update progress notes daily.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Washington state driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of insurability for driving
• First Aid and CPR cards or training within 45 days of employment
• Ability to meet I-9 requirements
• Ability to work with vulnerable adults per applicable WAC or RCW
• Demonstrated knowledge of local community
Additional Info:
• $16/hour or higher if you have experience
• Earn up to $1,050 every 3 months in bonuses PLUS a generous end of year bonus
• $300 sign on bonus
• $25/month cell phone stipend
