To me Zelensky appears to be angered over US under involvement little more than at his own neighbor.
Another thing I don't understand is why this administration kept pushing Ukraine to become a NATO member? Don't get me wrong. Putin is a disgusting human being. But there are two sides of the coin. Russia is an empire standing in the way of globalization. Putin knows this. And see's it as a threat to his country. This isn't just war over resources. But there are great spoils to the victor. Lots of mineral resources from making batteries to micro chips.
