The New Jersey State Bar Foundation's Law and Disability Conference is a FREE half-day event that examines important issues related to the disabled community and their caregivers, cosponsored with the Community Health Law Project. This year's hybrid event allows attendees to participate in person (at the Law Center in New Brunswick) or virtually via Zoom. The Opening Session will discuss the value and benefits of collaboration amongst service providers with the goal of providing holistic care to individuals with disabilities. Workshops explore the services available to individuals with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as jail diversion for individuals living with mental illness. Light breakfast is available for in-person attendees.
