Car Audio Installer Thurs/Fri next 1-6 weeks Toyota experience a plus

I would prefer to hire someone who is an installer or was an installer in the past. If you have an RTA/DSP tuning equipment/experience, that is a huge plus. First off, I want to communicate with you by email and if I am satisfied that you know what you are doing, we can set up appointments from there. I have a fair amount of experience myself with basic car audio install and wiring. Where I lack knowledge is factory integration, fabrication, DSP installs and taking apart some of my car panels correctly. I will pay you on arrival $40 for each appointment and then an additional $30 per hour for your time after work. I work Sun-Wed full time so this work would be performed on Thur/Fri (maybe Sat) over the next 1-6 weeks. I have a parking garage we can work in or we can meet when weather permits outdoors in a nearby parking lot. I have been in the process of installing a high end car stereo in my 2014 Lexus RX 350 and need some assistance with the final steps. Here are the main things I need help with: 1) Installation of speaker pods & wiring to the front A-pillars/dash from my rear amplifier rack *Attached is a picture of installed pods that I purchased to give you an idea of what I am looking to do... 2) Help with factory integration of my 8 channel Mosconi amplifier 3) (optional) Help with finalization of the JL Audio tune with an RTA / mic. Here are the details of my system so you know what you are getting into: -Factory H/U -(installed) JL Audio TWK 88 DSP (installed by Safe & Sound Chantilly) -(installed) DD Audio DM1500a mono amp -(installed) (2) DD Audio Redline 6 series 12" subs in custom ported box -(on the way) Mosconi Gladen One 90.8 8 channel amp -(installed) 6x9 Morel midbass from Tempo Ultra kit installed in front doors -(on the way) Morel CDM 880 Midranges -(on the way) Morel Supremo Piccolo tweeters I have spent north of $8,000 so far on this system and am in the final stages of this install. I'm very friendly and easy to talk to and work around. I have plastic panel poppers, multiple high quality wire crimp tools/accesories, a high quality nut driver set and many other basic tools we might need.
