Hello! I’m reaching out to you as a University of Maryland Public Policy student working on a Capstone project with the National Housing Trust. My team’s project aims at better understanding the distribution of Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funding in Prince George's County, so that we can provide county leaders with policy recommendations to improve the administration of the ERAP program. My group is soliciting feedback from landlords about their experiences with ERAP funding.
