Must be a self-starter with a track record of being punctual with reliable transportation along with a good driving record. Potential earnings of $20+ hr. and a future crew of your own is a possibility. This is an immediate job opening! Job Duties and Requirements but not limited to • Drive company vehicles as directed • Operate various types of equipment and machinery associated with this job description • Painting by various application methods, including rolling, spraying, hand cutting etc. • Operating commercial sealcoating spray unit • Operating line striping equipment • Clean and sweep asphalt • Pressure clean asphalt • Prep oil spots • Fill cracks • Hand work areas inaccessible to machine • Maintain the job site in a neat and organized manor • Help maintain traffic control devices • Must be able to operate a hand broom, blower, hand squeegee and do shield work, barricade setup and teardown • Lift 50 (+-) pounds • Twist from side to side • Push and pull heavy objects • Stand for long periods of time • Walk long distances • Work without limitations in extremely hot conditions • Bending over • Climb into truck and climb ladders on truck • Special projects as needed • Perform other assigned tasks related to facility maintenance
