Please read and understand this is someone in need of help and not something that needs to be flagged. The disabled veteran and veteran's wife purchased a house in SW VA to retire to, only to have the seller after signing closing documents go back to the house break in and rob it of art, sculptures, items and furniture sold with it. The seller charged for FULL propane tanks when they were actually half full. And the price he stated was actually above what he paid. With the purchase of the house also came a truck and a tractor which were listed in the purchase and now seller refuses to sign titles. Seller already admitted guilt and offered a measly settlement to try to stop any proceedings. This is an easy case but one that still needs a lawyer. The stress of this entire situation has brought a harder physical and mental burden on the veteran. Please help if you can, veteran more than willing to pay for fair charges for legal services.
