Description

Knoxville already has the 70s, 80s, and 90s saturated with cover bands. With the buzz around the When We Were Young Fest, wanted to see if some like-minded and experienced players would be interested in putting together a project to recreate your first-generation iPod playlist. Interested in playing indie (Radiohead, Interpol, Modest Mouse), alt-rock (Incubus, Deftones, 311), pop punk (Brand New, TBS, Jimmy Eat World), prog (Coheed, Mars Volta, Lateralus/10,000 Days-era Tool), and others we have that nostalgia for. Have a drummer in mind but would love to see if there are others interested as well. Need either a guitarist or bassist with lead vocal abilities, vocal versatility will be key. I play both guitar and bass myself, willing to trade off on those as needed. Would like to keep it a trio.
