NOW HIRING: Order Pullers to be a part of a world-renowned organization that provides various building supplies across the US and Canada. Position: Order Puller Location: Wilsonville, OR Days: Monday – Friday 3pm- 12am Rate of Pay: $18.00/hr to start Company offers health benefits, PTO, and an immediate raise upon hire. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Read and understand orders as received • Review all finished goods to ensure accuracy and quality of construction • Analyze and resolve work problems • Work with a team to create and build products • Palletize and prepare finished orders for shipments • Work to maintain a safe and clean work environment • Enact company policies and abides by safety regulations QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required skills: • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations • Must be able to perform all job functions safely • Must be detail oriented • Must be able to read a tape measurer accurately and consistently to 1/16” • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
