5mo pit/rat terrier mix well trained puppy

In the pics is my little Finnegan. He is a 5 months old pit/rat terrier mix and super smart. He can sit and stay, leave it, drop it, lay down, fetch, and more. He is crate trained, almost knows to settle ( he likes to play a lot!) he’s easy to train as he is so food motivated. He’s up to date on vaccines except rabies which he’s too young for. (Only trouble is he’s afraid of my 26 yo son and I can’t seem to change that! Ha) Sadly I need to sell him. We were dog sitting my son’s pitty for a month or so and our female pitty came into heat. She is pregnant and will have MORE puppies soon! I can’t invest the time involved in continuing Fins training and I want the best for him as he is so smart. Please if you are able to spend time with a sweet/feisty little puppy or know someone who is, let us know! Rehoming fee. $200.
