New Streaming Platform - Any React.js programmers out here?

Description

Hi! I'm coming from a UX background and a career as a film composer / recording engineer / session musician / studio owner and one of my passive hobbies has been designing a new streaming platform built on a fresh monetization model. If you can imagine spotify, bandcamp, and patreon all wrapped up in one central hub, you'd be in the ballpark of how money would get to artists. I have design docs as well as wireframes made. It just needs built now. I've been slowly (very slowly) learning react and have a crude start, basic understanding of libraries to use, APIs, etc. I just don't really know what I'm doing, even though I can get things to work here and there....I need you! I'm posting this in the 'Musicians' section because I believe this platform should be built for and by musicians. We're all fed up and no one else is coming to help. Trust me, this idea is 7 years in the making and it would be great if someone else to had built it by now...but no luck, despite the almost decade long and continually escalting tensions between streaming platforms and artists. If you're interested, I'll tell you about why I think my idea is an obvious progression. Core to the premise of this platform is for it to serve as artist empowerment, largely by providiing access to new ways of monetizing music that don't include ads or flat fee subscriptions. I want to resist the kind of tech startup vibes that always feels a bit paniced, racey, and high strung. Let's go slow, deliberate, and subvert the music industry by focusing getting more money to local / indie music. I have already decided React.js is the right environment. I've started building some stuff, but I'm not a programmer and will be more of a designer / business guy on this project, so learning to program isn't going very fast....or smooth lol I want to especialy encourage POC, LGBTQ, women, and other historically oppressed people to reach out. It is important to me that this doesn't end up as another cis white male dominant project, even though that's my identity. OK, money - there is none : / ....BUT, I think you'll believe in the project and I have some connections that could lead to funding :) But first, I want to get a simple working prototype built and in a beta testing phase. Deffered payment could be on the table, and shares, etc...Im open to hearing your thoughts on this. I really don't want to ask for free work, but I also hope that you'd be able to see the same potential in this idea as I do. We can take out time. I don't think a profit seeking tech company would be interested in doing this idea, as it gives artists all the power. It's up to us. To be clear about where I'm coming from, I'm a broke professional musician hobbling along and run a modest but 'doing alright' recording studio, so I'm living the dream actually. If you're interested and have programming chops, let's chat. Even if you just have advice or anything, I want to hear all of it. I'm also interested in hearing from anyone involved in app development, graphic designers, back-up, front-end, database, marketing, business strategy, etc. And anyone involved in the music business relating to sync license, record contracts, performing rights, etc.
