We are looking to hire an Experienced Maintenance staff member to join our rental management team and that is willing to learn! This person must have at least 5 years of experience in the maintenance field. This position would include to perform a wide range of maintenance/repair work, such as painting, flooring, replacing locks, appliance work, day to day maintenance and apartment clean ups on rental properties in Central Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Wage begins at $25-30 per hour based on experience and must have at least 5 years in this field. -Health insurance available or company reimbursement for Health insurance after 3 months. -Company paid Disability Insurance. -Company IRA contribution. -Company life insurance contribution. -Eligible for Bonuses and raises after a month. -Eligible for tool and truck reimbursement after a month, as well as Mileage reimbursements. -Eligible for a company benefit banks to save money for time off, and health/ medical bill(Tax free option) -Holiday pay -Paid weekly- direct deposit -Flexible vacation time off This person must have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Be able to meet deadlines. Have good problem solving skills. To have the ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents.
