Description

We have multiple properties that need small sheetrock repairs and painting. Are you an experienced hanger and finisher? We need your help and will have more projects for you, if you are fast and efficient. You must have your own tools and transportation. - Must have your own paint sprayer and be efficient at using it without causing stains/overspray - Must have the ability to buy your own gas and travel to properties that can be 30-40 miles away sometimes - Must have your own tools. We will buy materials sometimes, but not tools. - Must have the ability to finish sheetrock in one trip using fast-drying mud and heat gun - Must have the ability to accept calendar invitations - Must have a smart phone for taking pictures and sending emails from the job sites - Must be skilled at minimizing use of materials and trips to Sherwin Williams or Home Depot If you can accomplish all of the above "Musts", please reply and describe your experience.
