Barefoot Decks LLC is looking to hire an additional crew to build and repair decks. Maybe you are unhappy with the general contractor that you are currently working with or you are an independent that is tired of working all day and then trying to sell in the evenings. No chasing checks. We pay all of our crews every Thursday for work provided Thur-Wed. Standardized pay sheets so that you don't have to rely on quoting a job you have never seen. Must Have: -A full crew of at least 3 people -Van or Truck and trailer with all tools needed to build a deck - Ability to speak English - Pride in the work you do - Willingness to learn how to build the way we build All work that we perform is permitted and inspected. Must be willing to build to code. All of our jobs are in Cobb County, Cherokee County, Roswell, or the Seven Hills Area. If you do not live in the NW Metro Atlanta area you will need to understand your commute. Our crews have been with us a minimum of 5 years and they have work every day. We do not require weekend work but we do allow it. We currently have a backlog of over $1,000,000 and it is just now the end of March. If you want to work and you do good work you won't waste time sitting at home hoping not to lose your crew.
