MADISON, NJ - A quiet primary election season has given way to a contested general election season in Madison as the July 7 election results are complete, according to Morris County Clerk Ann Grossi. Democrat Robert Landrigan earned his party's nomination with 2,080 votes, alongside John Hoover who took in 2,054 votes. They will be facing Republicans Michael Dailey who grabbed his party's nomination with 949 votes and Mackaella Goodwin who tallied 942 votes. Across Morris County voter turnout was approximately 98,776 out of 369,658 registered voters. Or 26 percent. The general election is currently scheduled for Nov. 3. Thanks for reading!
