We are seeking a Swimming Pool Service Technician to become a part of our team! You will assist with the daily cleaning and maintenance of up to 20 swimming pools daily. Previous experience is a plus, but not required (willing to train the right person). Full pay during training period. Two weeks paid vacation per year (week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas) 2 additional weeks of paid vacation after 1st year. All Chemicals and Service Equipment Provided. Repair and Equipment installation knowledge and abilities earn you the opportunity to make even bigger money. Endless earning potential. The more you produce the more you can make. Routes of up to 100 pools available. Monday -Friday work week. Vehicle Allowance Provided. Responsibilities: Cleaning swimming pools, Net, Brush, Empty Baskets (Pump and Skimmer), some vacuuming required Properly balance water chemistry (implementation of chemicals) Backwash swimming pools Operate filters and pumps Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform routine preventative maintenance Track all equipment and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Positive Attitude Must be able to work independently Must have a strong work ethic Must be trustworthy and dependable Possess the ability and desire to speak professionally with customers This type of work requires dependability and consistency. There are set routes, and our clients make arrangements for our technicians to enter their properties and gated communities on certain days.. Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields a plus Familiarity with maintenance tools and swimming pool equipment Ability to handle physical workload lift 50-75 lbs Ability to work in the Arizona summer heat Ability to prioritize and multitask Communicate Effectively Own a Smart Phone Current Arizona Driver’s License Must have a Reliable Truck Proof of Insurance No Felony Convictions This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position* Please do not apply if you do not own a reliable truck.
