This assistance includes using hand trucks to take products into the stores/restaurants and stocking in assigned areas. This position includes repetitive lifting of product by hand. Hours: 6am until finished (typically between 2-4pm depending on time of year). Pay starts at $500 per week. After 30 days, pay increases to $550 per week. After 90 days, pay increases to $600 per week. Once the Driver Helper has enough experience and knowledge of routes, he/she is able to fill-in as a driver...at which time they will be paid $650 per week or commission...which is $.33 per case. (If you move 490 cases or more, you will be paid on commission basis instead of the $650 per week which will allow the helper to make more money.)
